Satsumas have changed my life. Ok, that seems a bit exaggerated, but satsumas are regularly included in my fall CSA delivery, so I’ve recently spent some time coming up with creative ways to use them. This cocktail is absolutely delicious – either with rum or without rum. You might also try it out with a bit of triple sec.
- 1 large satsuma
- 3 ounces ginger beer
- 3 ounces tonic water
- 2 shots white rum
- Juice 1 large satsuma into a drinking glass. Gently stir in ginger beer, tonic water, and white rum. Stir. Add ice and top with more ginger beer or tonic water to your liking.
